    • $10,000 if it’s your first time applying for the MLO license.
    • $10,000 if you’re already licensed but haven’t closed any mortgage loans in the past year, or if your total closed loans in the past 12 months are under $12,000,000.
    • $25,000 if your closed loans in the past year fall between $12,000,000 and $24,000,000.
    • $50,000 if your closed loans in the past year exceed $24,000,000.
  • If you’re going through your company for the bond, the amount depends on the total mortgage loans closed or modified by your company in the previous year:
    • $50,000 if it’s under $12,000,000.
    • $150,000 if it’s between $12,000,000 and $24,000,000.
    • $250,000 if it’s over $24,000,000.
